Finishing Options

Bead blasting
Bead blasting involves spraying a pressurised stream of tiny beads of media, plastic or glass beads, from a nozzle onto the surface of the part. This removes the burrs and imperfections, leaving a smooth finish.

Anodising (type II)
Type II anodise provides increased corrosion resistance and can be used as a base for paint and other finishes.

Hardcoat anodising (type III)

How can I provide you with my design drawings?
You can send STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, STL and SolidWorks files via email or online chat. Rough sketches and physical sample photos are also acceptable for our engineers to recreate formal drawings.
Do you provide sample production?
Yes, we support independent sample manufacturing before mass production. We will test dimensional accuracy and surface quality of sheet metal samples and adjust processing parameters per your feedback.
What is your delivery time?
Simple sheet metal samples take 2-5 working days. Small batch orders take 5-10 days, and large mass production shipments are arranged within 7-15 working days based on your order size.
